If you are looking for a spacious family villa to rent close to Puerto Banus, numerous beaches and excellent facilities Casa 89, El Rio is situated in a prime location on Azalea Beach. The villa is just 400 metres from the sea and within a few minute's walk of the famous beaches such as Mistral Beach at Puerto Banus. This townhouse style villa can sleep up to six people plus an infant for which a cot is provided.
Only 36 miles (approx 60km) from Malaga Airport
Ground Floor: a covered entrance porch accesses the security front door, kitchen with utility room, and a spacious living dining room leading to a covered terrace with outside dining.

The port itself has many designer boutiques and shops including El Cortes Ingles department store.
There is an endless choice of local and international bars and restaurants only a 10-15 minute walk on the flat. There is no need to cross any busy main road as you are already 'beach-side'.
The location is unrivalled from an accessabilty point of view. For example, with a car you can be at the fabulous 'Ocean Beach Club' at the gateway to the port within a few minutes. Park here for free and save on Port car park charges! Taxis are plentiful and cheap, but a car is ideal if you wish to explore this part of Andalucia which has so much to offer.
